NILES — Paul Richard Kerns, 66, handed away unexpectedly Friday morning, Might 21, 2021, at his residence.
Paul was born March 22, 1955, in Warren, the son of Paul Ray and Mary Keener Kerns, and lived on this group most of his life.
He was a 1974 graduate of Lakeview Excessive Faculty and a member of the Grace Household Church in Canfield. Since 1978, Paul was a laborer at Thomas Metal Strip in Warren.
He loved fishing for walleye at Lake Erie, biking, strolling, accumulating athletes’ autographs and Ohio State Sports activities memorabilia. He participated in lots of American Civil Struggle Re-enactments.
Paul is survived by his spouse, Davida Clark Kerns, whom he married Sept. 2, 1978; two daughters, Jaime Kerns and Richard McCullough, and Julie and Tyson Voithofer, all of Niles; and a sister, Teresa (Kevin) Been of Fort, Okla.
Paul was preceded in loss of life by his mother and father and a sister, Darlene Parker.
Calling hours will likely be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Might 25, 2021, on the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Dwelling.
The funeral will likely be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Might 26, 2021, on the funeral dwelling. The Rev. Jonathan Moore will officiate.
Burial will likely be in Kerr Cemetery.
